Product WarrantyWellzher® Corp limited product warranty covers manufacturer's material and workmanship for a period of one year, from the date of receipt (original receipt is required). Any defective products will be repaired or replaced by Wellzher® Corp. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damages, misuse, improper care or alteration. Wellzher® Corp is the sole judge of any claim or warranty. "Limitation of Liability. The limited warranty set forth in this agreement is in lieu of any and all other warranties, of any type or nature, and the purchaser and any customer of purchaser expressly waives any and all other guaranties and warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such other warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded by Wellzher® Corp. In no such event shall Wellzher® Corp be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the sale or use of the product, whether based on breach of warranty or contract, strict liability, negligence or otherwise, whether or not Wellzher® shall have been advised as to the possibility or reason for such potential loss or damage. The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of Wellzher®'s limited warranty of the products shall be stated herein above." WARRANTY COVERAGE Damage/Defective Merchandise We will repair or replace any item that has a manufacturing defect within one year of the product receipt date. Manufacturer defects include: broken zippers, torn seams, irregular tubes, twisted dividers, sewing errors, etc. The warranty does NOT cover: ? Any item that have been modified, altered or fabricated by a third party ? Normal wear and tear of product including but not limited to; bag straps, handles, zipper pulls, putter tubes, tops, bottoms, fabric fading or wear • Consumer abuse, neglect or modification • Special ordered items • Any cosmetic blemish Wellzher® will cover return shipping costs on damaged/defective products under one year warranty, except costs for non-orginal carton. • If the damages occur after the limited one year warranty, and you ship the product to us WITHOUT contacting us before shipping out the product, you must be responsible for the shipping costs for Wellzher® to ship the product back to you. The bag will be discarded if the shipping charges are not paid. Apparel and Accessory items have been waived from our Warranty Policy. However, you may return apparel and accessory items within 14 days from the package delivery date, and obtaining a RA#. *Damage/Defective returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please see below for how to obtain a RA#. Short or Damaged Shipments If a shipment is received short or damaged, you must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Notate all Page 2 of 3 variances, box damages or open boxes on your signed Bill of Landing while the driver is present. All shortages and damages must be investigated by the delivering carrier, prior to replacement. If replacement is needed, we will track all orders before reshipping. *Short or Damaged Shipments returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please see below for how to obtain a RA#. Unsatisfactory Merchandise If you are unsatisfied with our product, you must contact us at email@example.com or call us within 30 days of receipt of shipment to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). (Please see below for how to obtain a RA#.) Unsatisfactory products must be returned in its original condition of merchandise. Removed tags, removed sticker, and using different carton when returning are not considered original condition. All costs for return, reship, and previous shipping cost (including “free shipping” items) is responsibility by the consumer. Apparel and Accessory items have been waived from our Warranty Policy. REMINDER: WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY EXTRA COST(S) FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED IN A NONORIGINAL WELLZHER CARTON. How To Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a Wellzher® customer service representative or from an authorized Wellzher® reseller. Return Authorization Number will be provided by the Wellzher® customer service department. To obtain a RA#, please contact us using the following information: 1. Email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can contact our customer service department Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST. Please specify the reason for the return and defective photos should be used in the defective review process to possibly alleviate the cost of return freight. 2. Include a copy of the original sales receipt of the merchandise and properly package the item(s). 3. Clearly and legibly mark the RA# on the outside of the box. 4. Ship the merchandise freight prepaid to: Wellzher Corp 125 West Broad Ave. Bldg C, Unit #18 North Bergen, NJ 07047 ATTN: Returns *Wellzher® Corp will only cover shipping costs for damage/defective products in its original box. All others is responsibility of the consumer, including any extra cost for carton(s). Page 3 of 3 • You will be contacted within two weeks after the receipt of your product. • If it is determined that the product is covered under our limited one year warranty, Wellzher® Corp will repair or replace the product. Please note that a similar product may be substituted as a replacement if a replacement is determined. Wellzher® Corp will pay for the shipping costs to ship replacement product back to you for products covered under one year warranty. • If the damages occur after the limited one year warranty, and you ship the product to us WITHOUT contacting us before shipping out the product, you must be responsible for the shipping costs for Wellzher® to ship the product back to you. The bag will be discarded if the shipping charges are not paid.
Returns & ExchangesIf you are unsatisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt, and we shall be happy to credit, exchange, or refund the purchase price of that item, less any shipping or handling costs, except for products that were assembled, modified, or made to order. When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
